In 2016, I opened a new shop on Etsy for resume templates. I worked in the HR industry for years and learned a thing or two about what recruiters (and the companies that pay them) are looking for. I was a hiring manager before I became self-employed, and a few years back taught a capstone portfolio and resume class at our local university to graduating seniors.

So I thought, what the hell? I should use my knowledge for good.

I’ve always been interested in how companies and people find each other, and I come from a background where culture fit is crucial, so I’ve tried to reflect that in my resume templates and accompanying tips.
